Leif Rosenberger

Dr. Leif Rosenberger is the Chief Economist at ACERTAS. He is also Head of the Global Division at the Global Economic Institute, a Senior Partner at Media Bay Ventures, a Director at Think Renewables Group and ThinkBiz Africa, an Executive Director at Paragon Worldwide Group and an EconoMonitor Editor and Contributor at Roubini Global Economics and an Advisor to the Global Citizenship Institute at St. Mark's School.

Dr. Rosenberger specializes in connecting economics and security for ACERTAS’ international strategy assignments. Dr. Rosenberger served 35 years throughout US civil service, including the Department of Defense. He was Chief Economist at both CENTCOM and PACOM, the General Douglas MacArthur Chair of Research at the Strategic Studies Institute and a Full Professor of Economics at the US Army War College.

He has lectured at the University of Hawaii, Providence College, Dickinson College as well as on the economics faculty at Harvard. He holds a BA from Harvard, an MA from Boston University and a PhD in International Relations from Claremont Graduate University.
