Khaled Eid

Dr. Khaled Eid is Chief Operating Officer at ACERTAS, He brings a decade of global, resolving clients’ complex strategic problems and creating value opportunities through the use of ACERTAS’ platforms globally.

Dr. Eid’s worldwide experience spans both public and private sector clients, throughout the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia. Complex client matters include economic and policy impact assessments, public-private risk evaluation, and business strategy creation – employing the latest advancements in big data, AI and predictive analytics. Dr. Eid’s contributions include operationalizing and deploying automated, augmented decision making platforms worldwide and he also holds several decision intelligence patents. Previously, he served with the Venezuelan Ambassador to Jordan, focusing on trade and immigration issues as well as regional coordination.

Dr. Eid received a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from UCLA. He also holds an M.A. in Politics, Economics and Business and a Ph.D. in Computational Analytics and World Politics from Claremont Graduate University.
