Elliot Stein

Mr. Stein is Chairman of both ACERTAS and Senturion Forecasting.  He is also a Managing Director of Commonwealth Capital Partners and a member of the Board of Directors of Apollo Investment Corporation, Apollo Tactical Income Fund, Apollo Senior Floating Rate Fund, Multi-Pak Solutions and Cohere Communications.

Additionally, Mr. Stein was formerly Chairman and/or a Director of several other privately owned companies in various industries. These include Assay Healthcare Solutions, Caribbean International News Corp., Cloud Solutions and Bargain Shop Holdings Inc.

Mr. Stein is a member of the Board of Trustees of Claremont Graduate University and the New School University. He was formerly a board member of the Annenberg School of Communications as is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Mr. Stein holds a Bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College.
